extruder cooling fans
I frequently use the M3-ID to make it easy to switch between two filaments but using only one of the two extruders to print something and then another time using the other extruder to print something different with the other filament... Just a lazy way to use two different filaments.... hope that ma...

Re: Input Requested: What are your favorite filaments?
Previous M2 user, M3-ID since Oct 2017 I've gone almost exclusively to PETG with blue tape and hair spray for anything complicated or Kapton cleaned with alcohol (for simple shapes with decent flat areas). Currently printing Einstein's toys with Kapton and turning out beautifully. The striations are...

First print on M3 and using flexible filament (Cheetah)
My first official print on the M3 and using flexible filament (Cheetah) - a drone housing for a GoPro. I'm very impressed with the M3 ( dual ). I have used an M2 for the last year. Also a great printer. I added the picture. ragged edges are support that hasn't been pulled off. Support comes off nice...

Re: What are the best flexible filaments?
I did my first print with Cheetah last night. I used my (Jules mostly) PETG settings with modifications indicated by Cheetah specs (temperature, etc). I was very surprised to get a nice print - simple rectangle on the first try. I expected to have to make several attempts. I'm looking forward to doi...

printing two copies at the same time with dual extruders
I've searched the board and can't find anything on this (using the standard MkII dual head setup). I did find some info on setting it up in the Simplify software. Am I just missing it? I been using my printer now since the first of september. Have dialed in petg very well and have switched to it alm...

Re: Dual Ready?
I'm a real newbe. Just received my M2 about two weeks ago. It's a fine machine and I'm enjoying it. It was easy to set up and has been printing very well. I wanted to purchase a dual extruder but that wasn't a choice so I added the upgrade kit in my original order. And this morning I started the tea...
