Noob question.. how do I know which model/hotend I have?

I'm setting up the Simplify3D software and it gives me 4 options to pick from for the model/hotend 19/12V V3a hotend 24V V3b 24V V4 Dual I know I don't have the dual.. but how do I know which of the others I have?
