Reprinting Filament Drive. What material should I use?
I've been struggling with my M2 Rev E printing Ninjaflex. It was just one printer, other one prints it just fine. I think i figured out the issue. 3D printed filament drive has elongated hole where filament goes, almost like two holes joined together. I don't know if my filament wore that out (I've ...

Would PEI with self adhesive stick to bead blasted plate?
I have MIC 6 plate with both sides bead blasted. Would I have any issues attaching PEI sheet to it? I don't see why would I but just wanted to see if anyone done it. I'm using 3M dual sided adhesive sheet...

Re: Weird noise from brand new M2 Rev E
Ha, one I'm using is very similar :) M104 S0 ; turn off extruder M140 S0 ; turn off bed G91 ; relative mode G1 Z20 ; lift 20mm G90 ; absolute mode G1 Z200 ; drop Z axis to just above spring G1 Y200 ; present part forward G1 X30 ; move extruder to left side M84 ; disable motors M106 S0 ; stop bed fan...

Printer looses USB connection after PID Tuning
I'm curious if it's a bug of some sorts? Happens on all three M2 REV.E printers I have. When I run PID auto-tune procedure, it always looses USB connection (to Octoprint on RPi3s) at the end of the process. Super easy to replicate. Not a big deal, as I'm able to see values in the log.

I'm interested, but not sure I could help
I was able to flash factory FW using Arduino 1.8.1 instead of recommended ancient 1.5.x (which caused all kind of conflicts with libraries I'm using)...

Re: Weird noise from brand new M2 Rev E
Yeah I'm pretty sure it's not G-Code. Happens on any print I run on this printer, very easy to replicate honking :) I does sound like something resonates, I'll try tightening fan grills, but also sounds like maybe needs oiling. Might put a bit of lithium grease on the railings... Speaking of weird n...

Yeah, "honking"! LOL
Does Rambo board have pots to adjust stepper current or it can only be done via software? Thanks for the idea!

Weird noise from brand new M2 Rev E
Hey guys. I own 3 M2s and one of them that I just got last week is making this weird noise when printing... It's hard to describe, sounds like something is rubbing and resonating... None of others printers make this sound. I took video of it just now, you can hear it around 2 and 7 seconds: https://...
