Re: Bottom and Perimeter Separation Problem
Thank you Jules! I printed the design with the eSun PLA+ with 2 outlines and 2 bottom layers, and did not get the separation like in the picture. It is strong and appears durable. The filament that gave me the weak join was 3D solutech PLA. I verified my infill outline overlap is at 15%. There isn't...

Bottom and Perimeter Separation Problem
I am having some issues where the bottom layer is not connecting well to the perimeter. IMG_0268.JPG I am ruling out filament, reprinting with some eSun PLA Plus right now. I have tried changing the number of bottom/perimeter layers to 3 from 2. My layer height is 0.2mm and I am using the stock 0.35...

Re: Medication Vial Organizer Trays
Thank you Phil. I have been considering something like that or maybe a smaller tray for the top. I am limited on top space to allow the cover to close and lock. I don't think we will ever have the full 36 slots filled, so a smaller top tray would be ok and easy to lift out.

Are you buying it all on Amazon?insta wrote:Any new filament I buy is Inland/eSUN, as I burn through my old spools I've collected from various places. I did get a spool of Breathe 3DP PLA++, and that stuff was awesome. If I could afford to run it for every spool, I probably would.

Where Do You Buy Your Filament?
I have been buying off Amazon, brands include eSun, Hatchbox, iXCC, Dockwell, 3DSolutech. The prices are great and most are prime eligible. It seems like colors are bought and sold out very quickly on Amazon. I have been waiting for a spool of Hatchbox purple that I like, but it hasn't been in stock...

Re: PETG Perimeter Separation
Thank you. It was at 10% and I increased to 15%. Reprinting now.3dPrintingMD wrote:Infill tab, Outline Overlap, Increase it. This will ensure that the infill layers make solid contact with the perimeters, and hold it all together.
