Strongest layer adhesion material?
What would folks here say is the absolute strongest layer bonding filament? For instance a printed tower (small edge against bed) 4mm in X, 4mm in Y and printed 75mm tall in Z. Layer height 0.2mm - 0.3mm
If bending the printed tower which material will most resist cracking along a layer line but yet still be a rigid material (i.e. Not flexible filament which bends easily).

Breathe3DP's PLA++.
I've actually printed a shape like this just to test this. It's shorter (50mm tall), but I've not been able to crack it in half. I've offered other people to try, and nobody's been able to yet.

I dunno, I haven't printed columns in PETG or ePC (although I will be today for an unrelated reason). I imagine strength is comparable to PETG and stronger than ePC.

how's the heat tolerance of that new PLA+ compared to PETG and ePC though?

Exactly the same as PLA.....in other words, it melts.

PETG is much less sensitive to heat, about like ABS.
ABS cracks and splits more readily than PETG when printing tall towers.
You didn't initially qualify heat resistance as a requirement for your print. If you need heat resistance, slight flexibilty (not as much as PLA+), and strength, choose PETG.
PETG however is more likely to split along layer lines if you don't have it dialed in correctly, so don't bend it too much.

If it's a simple enough shape, a cast 2-part polyurethane piece will outperform everything listed here, as well as being an order of magnitude faster to produce in volume and marginally cheaper as well.
