Mirror mode? How?

I thought I read somewhere that the M3-ID is able to print in mirror mode. I have some parts that would work great in this mode but I can't figure out how to access it. It's different than the duplication mode. Does anyone know how to get this working?

That sounds more like a slicer setting than a printer feature.

Yes, it would be a slicer setting. Any idea how to do it?

I don't have a duel but you can mirror a part in s3d and I assume use 1 process one for each hot end . Did a quick google, did not read this but probably will help you.

No, that mode would not allow for simultaneous printing. I'm looking for the feature that switches the printer into mirror mode. There's a code that switches it to duplication mode so that both extruders print the exact same thing simultaneously with the plate divided in half in the y-axis. The mirror mode does the exact same thing, except it just does opposite moves in the x-axis instead of the same. I just can't find any info on it anywhere. It's just a gcode at the beginning.

any info on it
At least for the Marlin X2 variant, M322 may do what you want:

Whether it matches the hardware & firmware you have on hand is an entirely different question … [grin]

It's a bit down the page:

Caveat: I have zero practical knowledge.
