Tips for printing Gyro the Dodo on M3-ID?

I want to print this.
Looks like everyone there that commented substantively was using an Ultimaker 3, but I don't see why the M3-ID can't do it too. They recommend these settings:
Materials and methods
Printed on an Ultimaker 3:
Model dimensions: 96.0 x 97.5 x 86.8 mm
Print time: 03d 01h 07m
Amount of material used: PLA Silver Metallic 70g / PVA 190g
Model weight: 59g
Print core temperature: 215 °C
Layer resolution: 100 micron
Print speed: 35 mm/s
Travel speed: 250 mm/s
Infill: 100%
Build plate temperature: 60 °C
Print cores used: AA 0.4 / BB 0.4
That's a looooong pring time, but so be it, it's worth it to me for something this cool. But I have a few questions.
1. Should I use PVA or BVOH? Will it matter?
2. If PVA, use 215 °C for the PLA and the PVA? Or different temps for each? If different, any recommendations?
3. 100% infill on the PLA is fine, but how about on the PVA/BVOH? Normally I'd assume not needed there, but this uses a lot of PVA, so maybe it is? Recommendations?
4. Any other settings look off and should be changed?
Thanks!
