M2 hotend question about new one

I have been printing exclusively PETg and after 5 years of running basically the same nozzle that i recieved with my M2 i had a jam up in the nozzle and while i was trying to clear it out the barrel broke. The makergear parts says it is out of stock and so i was wondering if i I were to purchase a new V4 hot end for $85 does the barrel come with the V4. Does it come with everything needed to install.
