Sudden trouble with LCD and printer

Hello today I turned on my printer as almost every day but it has not turned on the display.
I then tried to connect the printer to the PC with the USB but does not accept any command.
Finally, I tried to upload the firmware loading is ok, but the printer does not work.
It worked yesterday and today it is no longer. What could have happened?
