M3/M2 Enclosure

Post by rpollack » Fri Apr 06, 2018 4:18 pm

As discussed in a different thread, we are bringing out an enclosure for the M3 and M2. We'll have it on display at Rapid in Ft. Worth later this month as well. More photos will be posted soon. We expect a small batch to be available in May with a larger batch 30-60 days later. I do not have final pricing as we are still working out some of the details but if you are interested, contact us directly. Thanks!

The enclosure is primarily powder-coated steel with two plastic front panels.

Looks like you worked hard to keep the enclosure as small as possible. Looks great!

I'm guessing the side panels are hinged in the back to swing open to expose the spools. What's the LCD panel for?

Thank you!

Yes, the side panels are hinged and swing open to access the filament spool.

The plan is to have an optional LCD available with the enclosure.

Looking forward to finding out the price. Can I get on the list for the first batch?

The enclosures are available but there is a fairly long lead time at present. If you are interested, email us directly.

Can you ballpark a cost? I would just like to know if I should wait for more availability or just work on building one of my own. Thanks.

Ditto! Would love to get one for one of my printers (M2 and M3-ID) for printing ABS as I no longer have these in the garage where I can get lots of ventilation
