COVID Face Shields for Native American Hospitals

Post by astar » Fri May 22, 2020 4:00 am

I've been printing COVID face shields for use in Native American Hospitals, but with only 1 printer, I can't print them fast enough to satisfy the need, which they estimate to be around 500 for two hospitals. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to print some and donate? With my PETG print settings, it takes just under 3 hours. I can supply the .stl files. These hospitals have almost no PPE and they end up sending patients to hospitals hundreds of miles away. https://abcnews.go.com/US/navajo-nation ... d=70787562

@astar - email me at covid19@makergear.com with the contact name, shipping address, contact email and we can send out a few hundred that we still have in inventory.
