Redrawn filament drive with filament guide, beefed up outer screw holes, adjusted gap spacing, and increased coning on lower filament hole, for v3b and E3D hot ends: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:267137
Which file should I use for the new hot end, purchased my M2 in April 2014?
Like the idea/fitment of the guide tube having a place to rest, or fit into.

I use S3D, .175 filament and common sense says this part should be made in ABS.

Is there a filament guide (close to the spool) that has the same receptacle for the guide tube?
Changing colors/filament, I have snapped off the filament on the spool side a couple of times.

i have tried every filament drive on thingiverse and rsilvers is the best. there is only one there for you to use. makergears mount has never changed. the other is modified for the e3d hot end

Um, Jim, you didn't mention your http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:344950? And by the way, the E3Dv6 comes with an injection-molded polycarbonate fan duct; it's a bit hard to top that with a printed part. How about mounting the lower fan? From your photo, it looks like you have just done without it.

Tim the bed fan and duct is just about done and ready. Of course the filament drive in my e3d setup is rsilvers drive just modified a bit. I really dont like the way the stock e3d 30mm fan duct is. Its a pia to get off either sliding it off or on or snapping over the fins is so tight when it finally lets go you can easily mess something up. In any case thats why i made my setup. Right now i even have the bed fan duct setup to easily snap in place for easy install and removal when you need it. You wont have to keep it on the machine if you dont print alot of pla. I will probably post it up tonight.

Mine is blocky and fits a slightly larger 1/4 inch OD polyethylene tubing from Home Depot, but you can tweak the OpenSCAD source to suit your preferences:
