Need PETG settings, for M3. Searched.... no luck

This is really not magic, PETG is the same as anything else with a few caveats. It will never look like pla so forget about that. If you don't need heat and UV resistance or flex and strength don't use it.
Assuming you are using for the proper reason, heat is as per manufacture, go for 10 to 15 above minimum, speed is dependent on model size like any filament. Heated bed 70 works well. No fan unless you are making something tiny like a 10mm tube then you can get away with fan. Retraction and all the other things that are not model specific are the same as other filaments. Also, S3D profiles don't work well, I tend to save factory files and ignore all the profile crap..

I have attached a factory file for a part made in petg with a .35 nozzle, using esun petg on a makergear M2. Should work on the m3 without issue.
