How to adjust x Limit switch M2

Not sure when this started, my x0 is about 5 mm in from the edge of the bed. Have a duet board but I don't think that has anything to do with it. When I home X it is not over far enough and the switch is in a fixed position. Do I bend the arm with a couple of little needle nose pliers?? Seems like it would work as long as I don't go too far..
