Y-Axis drift in Turbo speed

Hello,
I have an M3 single-extruder, and it's been running for a LONG time, absolutely love the machine. However, whenever I put it in "Turbo" speed in Octoprint, the printer drifts on the Y-Axis. I tightened the nuts and motor, to no avail.
The printer runs perfectly in every other speed/settings, only does that in turbo, and only on that axis. Anything else I can do besides tightening things?
