I have a M2 and use Tinker cad for printing. I also have down loaded a file from Cult and both will not print. They start then it goes of track and i have to stop it. What's wrong please ? Is it the file or printer?

Thanks

Hard to say, but I think I would start by printing a known good file. The printer should have come with an SD card with couple of pre-sliced G-code files to print as examples, and I'd start with one of those. If you can't find the SD card, they should be on-line someplace.

You don't say what revision of printer you have. The sample files MUST be compatible your revision. This has some files, but they specifically warn you not to use them with Rev E or newer:

For this reason, if you can't find the original files, I'd contact support & make sure you get the right ones.
