I have very good luck with hair spray for getting my models to stick. But, I always explore and search for new ideas and ran across this:

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with this product and can give their thoughts on it. Much appreciated.

Anyone have any experience with BuildTak?
Re: Anyone have any experience with BuildTak?
tried it, i hate it. its just another unnecessary thing to spend a bunch of money on. the stuff aint cheap either. the hairspray works for you then just continue to use it. the buildtak either bonds so good that it becomes a permanent part of your print or it doesnt stick at all. its so hit or miss. i didnt get alot of prints out of it either. i bought a 5 pack, used 2 and sold the others. dont waste your time or money. im sure there are exceptions and there are people out there that still continue to use it but generally what i have seen is that most people like it when they first try it then progressively stop using it and go back to traditional methods. i hardly ever hear of anyone still using the stuff.

Tried it, liked it, still using it, and probably ordering more (although I am currently considering a trial of PEI). Not to say I haven't broken parts trying to remove them, but it's all in making sure the first layer is not TOO smooshed, otherwise the bond does get rather tenacious on large prints.

It's worked well for me on some printers that didn't have a heated bed like our Rep2, but the M2's heated glass performs better and you have the bonus that when the bed cools, the part basically releases itself.
