My first print after adjustments

Hi , this is my first print after adjusting the printer and ruinnig through some settings and setups from adjusting z plane ,beding and first layer issues.
so i would like to know what further adjusments i could do to over come these defects on this prints
also this prints the nozzle got glocked or stuck with pla at layer 260 maybe
just if any one can tell me some tips or the solution for these problems

Those are retraction zits. Post your FFF file (export, then zip to attach) and we can see if you have anything that sticks out.

This is a great place to start.....(first thing everyone needs to do really, when they first get their machine.)

The little globbies are from a need to increase your retraction a little bit, but you should always start with the calibration process. Makes your prints come out as close to perfect as possible. :D

PLA can warp up, needs to be cooled very quickly, and needs to be stuck very thoroughly to the bed. Hairspray or Elmer's Stick glue can help with that.

The FFF file is just a printout of the settings you are using to print the item from S3D. (Called the Process in S3D.) You just save the process from inside S3D, then zip it before uploading a copy.
