Quick start app won't open

Hello, I just got my makergear m2e and to level the bed you need to use the makergear quick start app. I can't get it to work I've update everything on my computer. Installed C+ as instructed by maker gear but I still can't get it to work. It's been a week fighting with this. Now I'm getting the runtime error missing Common\plugin.cpp.957 please help thanks guys

After reading your comments on Amazon, this is clearly not the right product for you. Please just go ahead and return the printer to Amazon.

I was able to run it from a folder without installing it thanks
